Terms of Use for This Website

Last updated: October 2026

These terms cover how you use mmrep.garden and the services offered through it by Mmrep Septic. When you use the site, call the number on it or send a form, you accept these terms. This is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What Mmrep Septic Does

Mmrep Septic is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent plumbing and septic providers. We do not pump tanks. We do not repair septic systems, drain fields or sewer lines. We do not do any plumbing work. We are also not a party to any deal you make with a provider.

Providers Work on Their Own

The providers you reach are independent businesses. They alone are responsible for their quotes, prices, scheduling, workmanship, permits, licenses, insurance and conduct. We do not hire, supervise or control them. We make no promises about when they are available, how fast they respond, or what their work will achieve.

Before you hire anyone, check their credentials. Ask for proof of license and insurance. Get a written quote.

General Information Only

The content here is general information. It is not plumbing, engineering, legal, insurance or financial advice. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures. They vary by job and are not quotes. Confirm details with a qualified provider. Where it applies, also check with your insurer and local health department.

What We Ask of You

Give accurate information when you contact us. Use this site only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse the site, disrupt how it runs, or try to get in without permission.

Calls and Messages

When you call or send a form, you agree that we and the provider we connect you with may contact you about your request. That may be by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time. Just email contact@mmrep.garden.

Ownership of Site Content

The content and design of this site belong to Mmrep Septic or its licensors. Do not copy or reuse them for business purposes without permission.

Limits on Our Liability

The law sets the outer limit here. Within that limit, Mmrep Septic is not liable for loss or damage that comes from your use of this site, from a provider's services, or from any deal between you and a provider. The site is offered "as is," with no warranties of any kind.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms.
