We want every homeowner who reaches Mmrep Septic to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
You can write to us about:
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. Say you have a problem with work on your septic system, sewer line or plumbing. The usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly. Keep a written record.
Please still tell us. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest. Providers who often fall short may be removed. Know the limits, though. Mmrep Septic cannot settle contract disputes. We cannot issue refunds for a provider's work. We cannot make decisions for a provider.

We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened. That may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
You can reply and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general. Your local Better Business Bureau is another option. If the issue involves a licensed plumbing or septic contractor, your state licensing board or local health department may be able to help.
